■ Red Bull’s 2024 season is not off to a good start after a very dominant 2023 campaign where they won 21 out of the 22 venues they raced in. Although the RB20 is expected to be a massive evolution on the RB19, the first test has been officially failed, and it is not a small failure either, considering the fact it needs to be passed in order for the car to be proclaimed eligible to work with. As the rest of the grid waits for any glimmer of hope that Red Bull could ‘slip and fall’ into 2024, this news has been greeted with joy, but is this something that could truly kick Red Bull off the development path and, more importantly, could it provide some advantage for the rest of their rivals?
